Summer of Spray 2026 is a series of urban art and stencil workshops hosted at The Studio @ThirteenEight in Gosport, Hampshire. Inspired by street art culture, spray paint techniques and stencil art, these beginner-friendly creative workshops teach participants how to cut stencils, use spray paint confidently and create bold artwork on canvas and vinyl records. With all materials, PPE and refreshments included, Summer of Spray is designed for anyone wanting to try something creative in a relaxed and authentic studio environment.

Looking for spray paint workshops in Gosport or creative stencil art classes in Hampshire? Summer of Spray 2026 at The Studio @ThirteenEight is a unique programme of urban art workshops inspired by street art, stencil culture and spray painting techniques.
Whether you are a complete beginner or already enjoy creative hobbies, these hands-on workshops are designed to help you experiment with spray paint, create layered stencil artwork and learn urban art techniques in a welcoming studio setting.
Workshops include beginner stencil sessions, multi-layer stencil masterclasses, urban art date nights and vinyl street art workshops. Participants will learn how to cut and use stencils, apply spray paint techniques and create finished artwork to take home on canvas or recycled vinyl records.
All workshops include:
- Spray paint and stencil materials
- PPE including gloves, aprons and masks
- Tea, coffee and soft drinks
- Step-by-step guidance
- Take-home artwork
- Small class sizes
No experience is needed and all stencil designs are provided during the sessions. Adult workshops are BYOB friendly, creating a relaxed and social creative atmosphere.
Summer of Spray takes place at The Studio @ThirteenEight in Gosport, Hampshire, an independent creative studio specialising in spray paint art, stencil workshops, lino printing and urban art experiences.
Do I need experience for the spray paint workshops?
No experience is needed. Summer of Spray workshops are beginner friendly and suitable for anyone wanting to explore stencil art and spray painting techniques.
What is included in the workshops?
All materials, spray paint, stencil supplies and PPE are included. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are also provided.
What should I wear?
Please wear clothes suitable for painting as spray paint can occasionally transfer onto clothing.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, adult workshops are BYOB friendly. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are included.
What age are the workshops suitable for?
The Urban Art Date Night workshop is strictly 18+. Other stencil workshops are suitable for ages 16+ when accompanied by a participating adult aged 18 or over.
