ThirteenEight – Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with ThirteenEight Shop. We strive to provide you with high-quality photography and art prints created with care and passion. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.


**1. Returns Period:**

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any non-custom items. From that point you have 14 days to return the item and for it to be received.


**2. Custom Work Returns:**

For custom-made orders, we can refund 50% of the purchase price if you decide to return the item within the 15-day period. As these are unique pieces created specifically for you, we kindly ask for your understanding in offering a partial refund.


**3. Faulty or Damaged Items:**

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a 100% refund within the first 15 days of delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.


**4. Condition of Returns:**

All non-faulty items must be returned in their original condition. They should be unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.


**5. Return Postage:**

The cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.


**How to Initiate a Return:**

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:


  1. Contact our customer support team at within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.


**Refund Process:**

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.



As an alternative to refunds, we also offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product, please let us know during the return initiation process, and we will assist you further. The buyer will be responsible for paying for postage of both the return and the sending out of the exchanged item.

ThirteenEight currently uses for all our clothing range.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with ourselves.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
